Payment of Rank Pay Arrears in compliance of Hon’ble Supreme Court Judgement dated 04/09/2012

It is brought to the notice of all veterans and their NOKs that this office has released arrears of Rank Pay to all affected Veterans in compliance of the Hon’ble Supreme Court Judgement dated 04/09/2012. However on review of the status it is seen that there are 5299 veterans to whom arrears of Rank Pay are payable but cannot be released to the their Bankers due to non availability of Bank Details/Contact Details and Undertaking in terms of Para 12 of Implementation order dated 27/12/2012 issued vide MOD vide No. 34(6)2012-D (Pay/Services) dated 27/12/2012.

In order to release the legitimate dues to the Veterans/NOK of Veterans it is requested to the Veterans/NOK of veterans listed in Annex ‘A’ to this message may submit their details viz, Bank details/Undertaking (enclosed) to this office on priority through email/by post duly addressed to Mrs. Julie Sawant, IDAS, ACDA
