Sub:- Continuous Empanelment of Health Care Organizations (HCOs) under CGHS-Outside CGHS, Hyderabad — Regarding
Ref:- Ministry’s Letter No.S.11045/36/2012/CGHS/HEC dated 26th December 2017.
M/s. My Cure Hospitals Unit-I ( A Unit of Sahrudaya Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.), KGH Down, Maharanipeta, Visakhapatnam, empanelled under CGHS, Hyderabad, is renamed as M/s. MEDICOVER HOSPITALS UNIT-1 (A Unit of Sahrudaya Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.).
Therefore, in the empanelled list of HCOs for CGHS, Hyderabad M/s. My Cure Hospitals Unit-I ((A Unit of Sahrudaya Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.) shall be substituted with “m/s. MEDICOVER HOSPITALS UNIT-1 (A Unit of Sahrudaya Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.)
All other terms and conditions of the Memorandum of Agreement shall remain same.
