Subject: Delegation of Administrative powers to Service Headquarters-reg.
Sir,
Adjutant General’s Branch, IHQ of MoD(Army) has sent a proposal for amendment in Ministry of Defence Order No. 4684/Dir(Pens}/2001 dated 07 Nov 2001 _for transfer of delegation of administrative powers from ADG PS to ADG MP in respect of initial adjudication to grant disability pension to officers up -to the rank of Colonel/equivalent ranks, Accordingly, it has been decided to make the amendment in Para 2(e)(i) of Ministry of Defence Order No. 4684/Dir(Pens)/2001 dated 07 Nov 2001 as below:

2. The provision of this letter will be effective from the date of issue of this letter.
3. This issues with the approval of Competent Authority and with the concurrence of Finance Division of this Ministry vide their U.O. Note No. PC(1) to 26(7)/2013FIN/PEN dated 09.06.2021.
