CORRIGENDUM

Subject:- Temporary Engagement of Additional Contractual Staff Over and Above Authorisation for High Pressure ECHS Polyclinics for Night Duty during Current Medical Emergency.

Sir,

With reference to Government of India, Ministry of Defence letter No 22(72)/06/D (Res)/ US(WE) (Vol-IV) dated 13 November 2013 and 18(107)/2017/WE/D (Res-l) dated 05 December 2018, | am directed to convey sanction of the Competent authority to hire one each of Medical Officer, Nursing Assistant, Pharmacist, Driver and Chowkidar in identified 51 high pressure ECHS Polyclinics over and above the authorisation for a period of 89 days for night duty in the prevalent medical emergency as embodied in the Appendix to this letter. Remuneration of the aforementioned sanctioned staff will be in accordance with Government of India Gol, MoD letter No 22D (19)/2017/WE/D dt 16 Aug 2017 and 22D (25)/2017/ (WE)/D(Res-1) dt 20 Nov 2017.

2. Validity of this sanction is upto 15 Aug 2021 only and in no case engagement period will go beyond 15 Aug 2021 irrespective of date of hiring. Sanction beyond 15 Aug 2021 will be reviewed in case mandated by the medical situation.

3. This sanction is valid from the date of issue of the letter.

4. This is issued with concurrence of FA(DS) vide their UO No 39(03)/2021/FIN/PEN dated 26th Apr 2021 and approval of Hon’ble RM.
