Sub: Details of disposid of Court Cases pending for compliance and Updation of data of Court Cases in Legal Information Management and Briefing System (LIMBS).
Several decisions in court cases are pending with Railways for compliance. These decisions have to be implemented within stipulated time period to avoid contempt of court and embarrassment to higher officials of Railway Board and Zonal Railways. In this connection, a prescribed format asking for details of disposed of court cases which are pending for compliance is attached. It is, therefore, requested to ensure the implementation. Details of cases may be sent by 12.01.2021 to this office ono e-mail dasari.rao@gov.in within a week’s time and updated on the first week oNhe month, thereafter, regularly.
2. Railway Board vide DO letter No. 2020/JS(M)/LIMBS/1 dated 02.09.2020 has requested Railways to update the court cases in LIMBS. The updation is still not complete resulting in lack of LIMBS data. This may also be ensured and a feedback given to the undersigned in a week’s time.
