Subject: Zone of consideration for granting Non-functional Selection Grade (NFSG) to Steno Grade ‘D’ of CSSS updation of data – regarding

This Department is in process of preparation of zone of consideration for placement of eligible Stenographers Grade `D’ in Non-Functional Selection Grade (NFSG) in the Level-6 of the Pay Matrix (erstwhile Grade Pay of RS. 4200/- in Pay Band-2) as per the Common Seniority List in respect of Stenographers Grade `D’ of CSSS cadre,
2. As per the eligibility condition for Stenographers Grade ‘D’ who have completed the 5 years of approved service in the grade shall be eligible for NFSG. The Stenographers Grade ‘D’ of SLY 2011-14 are eligible for consideration for NFSG, as they have completed their 5 years of approved service as on 01.07.2020. However, the updated information regarding Stenographers Grade `D’ up to SLY 2011 leaving/ not continuing in the service by resigning or otherwise between the period from 01.07.2019 to 30.06.2020 to till date is required for further processing of the matter.
3. All the Ministries/ Departments are, therefore, requested to furnish the requisite information as explained above in the Performa attached by 23.11.2020 (Monday, Afternoon) positively through e-mail at bhnirathjha.68@gov.in for further necessary action.
