Subject:- Mobility of personnel amongst Central /State & Autonomous Bodies while working under Pensionable establishments – regarding.
A copy of Department of Pension and Pensioners’ Welfare(DOP&PW)’s C.M. No. 28/30/2004-P&PW (B) dated 11.06.2020 on the above subject is enclosed for information and compliance. These instructions shall apply mutatis mutandis on the Railways also.
2. Further, separate instructions with respect to para 9 of DOP&PW’s O.M. dated 11.06.2020 will be issued by Accounts Directorate for accountal of the NPS corpus of the railway servant.
3. The Railway Board’s instructions corresponding to DOPW’s instructions referred to in their aforesaid O.M. dated 11.06.2020 are given below:
