The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM of even number dated 318′ October, 2019 (copy enclosed for ready reference) on the subject noted and to say that the requisite information from several Ministries/Departments has not been received so far. It is therefore, requested that in order to achieve successful implementation of online SPARROW for CSS Officers for the year 2018-19, the requisite information may be sent urgently without delay.
