ADDENDUM

Subject: Grant of Advances- Seventh Central Pay Commission recommendations – Amendment to rules on House Building Advance (HBA) to Raiway servants.

Please refer to this Ministry’s letter of even number dated 28.03.2018 on the above cited subject vide which clarification issued by Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs (Housing-III Section) vide theft OM No.I.17011/11(4)/2016-H-III dated 31.01.2018 pertaining to pare.- 2(viii) of their earlier OM dated 09.11.2017 Was circulated for mutatis-mutandis applicability to Railway employees.

2. The said letter has, however, been issued inadvertently without indicating RBE and PC number.

3. Hence, the RBE and PC number of the said letter dated 28.03.2018 ibid may be read as 53/2018 and 100/2018 respectively.
