Subject: Revision/Consolidation of Central Civil Services (Fixation of Pay of Re-employed Pensioners) Orders, 1986 and other related orders -reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to DPPT’s OM No.3/3/2016-Esft(Pay.II) dated 18.10.2017 on the above mentioned subject matter.
2. As the issue of pay fixation on re-employment is the policy issue under the domain of DOPT, it is requested to take an appropriate views and then make a proposal to this Department for consideration from the financial angle, along with a draft OM.
3. This issues with the approval of Joint Secretary(Personnel).
