Karnataka 6th Pay Commission Report
The Government of Karnataka have been following the practice of revising the pay, allowances and pensions of employees from time to time on the recommendations of state pay commissions and pay revision committees. The intention of the government to appoint the 6th State Pay Commission for considering the demands of employees was announced by the Chief Minister in his budget speech delivered to the Legislature in March 2017. Accordingly, the Government constituted the 6th State Pay Commission in its order No. FD 22 SRP 2017 dated 1.6.2017 with the following composition:
