In pursuance of Government’s decision on the recommendations of the 7th Central Pay Commission, the Department of Pension & Pensioners’ Welfare (DOP&PW) vide their U.M. No. 38/37/2016-P&PW(A) dated 6th July, 2017 has issued instructions alongwith concordance tables for revision of pension of pre-2016 pensioners/family pensioners, which are available on website: doppw.govirt. These instructions shall apply mutatis mutandis on Railways also.
2.The Railway Board’s instructions corresponding to the DOP&PW’s instructions referred to in their aforesaid U.M. dated 06.07.2017 are given under:
