Compensatory (Construction or Survey Allowance)
It is granted to Railway servants employed on construction or survey projects. It is ordinarily granted for ‘new lines’ or ‘restorations’ or ‘surveys’ or ‘doubling’ (with Railway Board’s approval). The present rates are:
