Sub: Decentralization of ministerial cadre in RPF-reg.
Ref: (i) Railway Board’s letter No. 2012/Sec(E)MT-6 dated 29/03/2016 & 30/03/2016.
(ii) NFIR’ s letter No. 11/3 dated 08/04/2016 & 10/10/2016.
Federation brings to the notice of Railway Board that a meeting was held in the chamber of Advisor E(N) on 30th March 2016 in connection with the decentralization of staff working in the ministerial cadre in the RPF wherein modalities were chalked out for taking further necessary action in the matter. Federation feels sad to mention that though one year period has passed, action has not been taken as per the minutes of the said meeting, consequently, the issue remains unresolved.
NFIR, therefore, once again urges upon the Railway Board to give decision and convey to the Zones etc., for action, duly endorsing copy to the Federation.
