By way of this notice, it is brought to the knowledge of Public that my client “CENTRAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES WELFARE HOUSING ORGANISATION” or “CGEWHO” als known as “KENDRIYA SARKARI KARMACHARI KALYAN AWAS SANGATHAN” having its Offi e at 6th Floor ‘A’- Wing, Janpath Bhawan, Janpath , New Delhi- 110001 Phones: 23717249, 237397 2 is an autonomous organisation under the administrative control of Ministry of Housing an Urban Poverty Alleviation, Govt. of India registered as a society under the Societies Registration Ace of 1860 under a Governing Council which is headed by Secretary, Ministry of Urban Development, ‘ovt. of India and undertakes housing scheme for Central Govt. Employees throughout the Co try and operates on “NO PROFIT NO LOSS BASIS” and “SELF FINANCING SCHEME.
Since its formation in the year 1990, CGEWHO has executed about 32 projects across the Coimtry in various locations such as Noida, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Navi Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chat!idigarh, Panchkula, Mohali, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Bhubaneshwar, Chennai, Kochi, Lucknow, 4ind has delivered approximately 13,927 dwelling units across the Country. The Complex developed are usually known as “KENDRIYA VIHAR”
Owing to its success the name “CENTRAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES WELFARE HOUSING ORGANISATION” or “CGEWHO” also known as “KENDRIYA SARKARI KARMACHARI KALYAN AWAS SANGATHAN” has become synonymous with excellence in housing SectIr. It has come to notice that that several housing projects with name as “Kendriya Karmachari +wasiya Yojna” “Government And Public Sector Employees Welfare Organisation (Regd.)”or othet names which has an uncanny resemblance/ deceptive similarity to my client’s name “Kendriya Sarkari Karmachari Kalyan Awas Sangathan” is giving advertisements offering residential flats.
Take notice that CGEWHO is not connected with any such organisation. Central Go4rnment Employees and all eligible categories of CGEWHO are advised to note this and should !not get confused and carried away by such similar named organisations.
Anybody dealing with the such organisations shall do so on his own risk and responsibility and CGEWHO shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever
