PUBLIC HOLIDAYS, 2017 FOR BANKS
No. GS/2016-5 I -PHD/ 102016/977/GH: In pursuance of the explanation to section 25 of the Negotiable Instruments act. 188 I, (XXVI of 1881) read with the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry Of Hide Afftlio N0. 39/1/68-Judl. Ill dated the 8″ May, 1968, the Government of Gujarat, in consultation with Reserve Bank of India, Afim9dabad is pleased to declare the following days to be Public Holidays for banks in Gujarat during the year 2017.
