Comrades,

MOD & M/O Personnel, PG & Pensions-DOP &PW have pitched themselves against 100% parity between pre2016 & post 2016 on the ground that 7th CPC recommendation in this regards is impracticable & not feasible due to non-availability of records. Not only this, they are also opposed to any corresponding raise in the common multiplication factor of 2.57 with the rise of minimum salary.

WE PENSIONERS WILL NEVER ACCEPT SUCH DRACONIAN DECISIONS

To Counter, we have to mobilize ourselves in a big way. All BPS office bearers MC members, MOU partners & Affiliates are requested to be very active and to immediately start following action.

1. Launch campaign through Twitter, Face Book , e-mail & SMS .

2. Conduct Demonstrations, Dharnas and Chain hunger strikes at Association’s HQs and submit memorandums to District collectors or other relevant officials and at state levels to the GOVERNORS. To Secy ARPG & to Dr Jitendra Singh Hon’ble MOS (P) at Central Government level.

3 Join hands with NJCM (Staff side), Participate in their protest Rallies, demonstrations and wholeheartedly support their strike move.

4. Finally we have to call for massive Dharna at JANTARMANTAR.
