Affiliates are advised to refer to NFIE’s letter cited under reference wherein instructions have been issued to observe protest day against Bibek Debroy Committee’s report on 25th June 2015 at all levels on the Indian Railways and hold protests, demonstrations, mass rallies, gate meetings etc., condemning strongly the Committee’s report.

In this connection, NFIR re-iterates that the large scale protests, rallies, gate, meetings etc., should be held by the affiliates regularly from 25th June onwards in different phases, at all levels including the grass root levels strongly protesting against the recommendations of Bibek Debroy Committee with slogans “Rail Bachao Andolan”. Necessary banners/posters, pamphlets etc., should be used for generating awareness among Railway employees while organizing protests.

As already advised, reports relating to observance of protests should be sent to the Federation invariably.
