I am directed to refer to the Ministry’s letter of even number dated the 1st February 1961, and to say that the decision contained therein will also apply to temporary employees of former Indian States taken over in a Part ‘A’ State and subsequently absorbed in a Central Government Department under the Federal Financial Integration scheme.
