Notification – amendment in Fundamental Rules 1968

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to the Fundamental Rules, namely:-

1. These rules may be called the Fundamental (Third Amendment) Rules, 1968.
2.In the Fundamental Rules, in the Schedule to rule 30 after entry (II), the following entry shall be added, namely:-

“(12) Selection Grade of Labour Officers”
