N O T I F I C A T I O N
Subject: Notification – amendment in FR 1962.
In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 and clause (5) of article 148 of the Constitution, and after consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor General in relation to persons serving in the Indian Audit and Accounts Department, hereby makes the following further to amend the Fundamental Rules, namely:-
1.These rules may be called the Fundamental (Third Amendment) Rules, 1962.
2.In the Fundamental Rules, in sub-rule (2) of rule 31, the following proviso shall be inserted at the end, namely:-
“Provided that the provisions of rule 22-C shall not be applicable in the matter of refixation of pay under sub-rule (2) of this rule.”
