NOTIFICATION
Subject: Notification – amendment in Civil Service Regulations.
In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Civil Service Regulations, namely:-
1.These regulations may be called the Civil Service (Second Amendment) Regulations, 1962.
2.In the Civil Service Regulations, in clause (b) of article 157-B, the following proviso shall be inserted at the end, namely:-
“provided that the salary allowed to be drawn by a Government servant under
Government servant under this clause shall not exceed the salary which he would have otherwise drawn in the lower post under the normal rules.”
