Notification amendment in CCS Rules 1962

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 and clause (5) of article 148 of the Constitution, and after consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor General in relation to personal serving in the Indian Audit and Accounts Department, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Civil Services (Part B States transferred employees) Rules, 1953, namely :-

1.(1) These rules may be called the Central Civil Services (Part B States transferred employees) Second Amendment Rules, 1962.

2.In the Central Civil Services (Part B States transferred employees) Rules, 1953 in sub – rule 8-A, after the words “in accordance with those rules”, the words “and he shall become subject to the Central Rules in regard to all conditions of service in respect of which the State Rules were hitherto applicable to him shall be inserted”.
