OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Increment granted to the employees stagnating at the maximum of their pay scales for fixation of pay on promotion – item for consideration in the Committee of the National Council of J.C.M.

The Underigned is directed to refer to this Ministry’s O.M. of even numberr dated 31.3.1977 and subsequent reminders dated 17.5.77 and 20.7.77 on the above subject and to request that the information called for in O.M. dated 31.3.77 may please be furnished urgently by the Ministries/Departments who have not yet done the needful, as the Department of Personnel & A.R. have been pressing for early consideration of the matter in the
next meeting of the Committee of the National Council to be held shortly.
