OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject:- Fixation of pay of Station Directors, Assistant Station Directors etc. of Al India Radio under the C.C.S.(RP) Rules, 1960.
The undersigned is directed to say that in supersession of the existing orders on the subject the President is pleased to decide that the pay of Station Directors, Assistatn is Station Directors, Assistant Station Engineers and Programme Executives (old scale) of the All India Radio, in the revised scales of pay under the Central Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 1960, shall be fixed in accordance with the provisions contained in Rule 10 (1) (iii) of those Rules.
2.The time limit for exercising option under the C.C.S.(RP) Rules, 1960 which was last extended in these cases upto 31-3-1962, vide this Ministry’s Office Memorandum No. 12(13)-Est(Spl)/60 dated the 5th March 1962 is now finally extended upto the 31st May 1962. The officers concerned may be requested to exercise their option within this time limit.
