Fixation of officiating pay under F.R. 31.ployed pensioners – General policy thereof

 NEW DELHI-2, the 12th July, 1961.

 OFFICE MEMORANDUM.

Subject:- Fixation of officiating pay under F.R. 31.ployed pensioners – General policy thereof.

 The undersigned is directed to refer to the Ministry’s Office Memorandum of even number, dated the 6th April 1961 on the subject mentioned above and to say that the orders contained therein shall have effect only from the date of issue.

  2. The President is, however, pleased, to decide that the past cases which were pending on 6th April 1961, i.e. cases where recovery was yet to be effected in part of full in accordance with the earlier orders bearing Office Memorandum No. with the earlier order bearing Office Memorandum No. F.2(40)-Est.III/59, dated the Ist September 1959, shall be regulated in accordance with the orders dated 6.4.61 quoted above.

 3. In so far as persons serving in the Indian Audit and Accounts Department are concerned, these orders are issued after consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor General.
