 NOTIFICATION

 Subject:- Amendment in rule 10 of Central Civil Services (Revision of Pay) Rules 1947.

 In the exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 241 of the Government of India Act, 1935, the Governor General is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in the Central Civil Services (Revision of Pay) Rules, 1947, namely;-

 To rule 10 of the said Rules the following provision shall be added namely;-

 “Provided further that in the case of a person who draws on refixation of pay as above only the initial stage of the prescribed scale the date of increment shall be the date when an increment will ordinarily fall due in the prescribed scale.”
