IOFGOA contempt case which was registered as CP-425/2014 in OA-1493/2014 was disposed of on 30/10/2014 with a directive to our lawyer to challenge the OFB’s negative order dtd: 12/09/2014 named as speaking order on grant of MACP in hierarchy through a new OA. Our Lawyer is now working to file new OA against OFB’s Negative order.
