Fly to NER, J&K and A&N using LTC!

GANKTAGThe DOPT has announced a special concession, which has made all central government employees very happy. Using LTC employees can now travel by air to Jammu and Kashmir, NER region, Andaman and Nicobar.

This special concession was provided to employees from 2008 and continued without a break for two years(2008-10,2010-12,2012-14 )till 2014.

After a break of some months, this concession has been prolonged to two more years. This is a very happy news for all.

The special feature of the order that has been released now is that unlike the previous orders which were released separately in three parts, this present order is released as a single order.

In 2008, when the concession was introduced, only a few people used it. After that a lot of employees started to make use of it. For employees, who missed this opportunity previously, the present announcement has come as a boon.

The department has provided clear explanations for all the queries that you may get while travelling through air to Jammu and Kashmir and NER region. I have attached those details for your information.
