I am directed to refer to your letter No. F 31/KVS/RO/EKM/2013-14 dated 3-7-2014 on the subject cited above and to convey the approval of competent authority to collect/recover the arrears of fees at enhanced rates from July, 2013 in 4 installments from the Parents.

You are requested to inform the Kendriya Vidyalaya Parent Association Ernakulam Region Accordingly.
