Subject: OA No.3470/2012 filed by AIKVTA before Hon’ble CAT PB Delhi at New Delhi against ministry of Finance order regarding Transport Allowances in Faridabad, Gurgaon and Noida on the rates as applicable to other places.

I am directed to refer to your letter No.F 947/AIKVTA/2013/KVS(DR)/Admn.4705 dated 15th July 2014 and to inform you that as per the judgment/order dated 26.5.2014 given by the Hon’ble CAT in OA No.3470/2012 M.A.No.2891/2012, the employees posted at Kendriya Vidyalayas situated at Faridabad, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad and Noida may be allowed to draw the Transport Allowance at the rates at which they have been drawing the same so far and no recovery will be made from them till further orders from the Sangathan.
