Sub: Request for freezing of allotment of Room No. 7, 8 & 9 at CPWD Guest House, CGO Complex, Poonkulam, Trivandrum, Kerala – Reg.
Room No. 7, 8 & 9 under Delhi Quota in the CPWD Guest House at CGO Complex, Poonkulam, Trivandrum is profusely leaking due to the frequent damages of Mangalore tile roofing owing to fall of various fruits & coconuts from the trees leaning over the building. On our inspection, it is found that these rooms are not usable according to its present condition. This office has taken immediate steps for rectification of defects/damages of Room No. 7, 8 & 9. As soon as the rectification works are completed, the same will be informed to the Directorate.
Hence, it is requested that Room No 7, 8 & 9 of CPWD Guest House, CGO Complex, Poonkulam, Trivandrum, Kerala under Delhi Quota should not be allotted to anybody until further intimation from this office.
