Stepping up of Pay of Teachers in Delhi
1255 . Shri Arvind Kumar Singh
(a) the orders/circulars issued by the Education Department, Government of NCT of Delhi to deal with the cases of steping up of pay of senior teachers w.r.t. that of direct recruit junior Teachers in various schools;
(b) the number of such pending cases in respect of Government aided schools falling in zone-28, school-wise;
(c) by when these cases of teachers in aided schools under that zone shall be cleared and their pay stepped up and arrears paid; and
(d) the instructions issued to school principals/HOS of aided schools where such cases have not been settled, till date?

(a) & (b) : The Govt. of NCT of Delhi has informed that the cases of stepping up of pay of senior teachers with respect to that of direct recruit junior teachers in various schools are settled in accordance with the instructions issued from time to time by Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure. At present, no such cases of stepping up of pay of teachers are pending in the said zone.
(c) & (d) : Do not arise
