Sub: Payment of Salary to the Contractual Teachers -reg.
Sir/Madam,
I am directed to refer to this office letter of even number dated 18.02.2014 on the subject cited above, wherein the decision of competent authority was conveyed to make the payment to all contractual teachers out of VVN account / R.O. VVN deposit account to tide over the situation in the year 2013-14. The above decision was applicable only for the year 2013-14.
You are now requested to follow the existing instructions of making payment of salary to contractual teachers engaged against the regular vacancies out of School fund account in 2014-15. Contractual teachers engaged against the leave vacancies may be paid out of VVN as is hitherto being followed in the Vidyalayas.
