Subject: Filling up the teaching and non-teaching posts by Limited Departmental Examination for the year 2012-13 and 2013-14.
Madam/Sir,
1. In continuation to this office letter of even no. dated 28.10.2013 Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan will be conducting limited deptt. examination for various teaching and non-teaching posts for the year 2012-13 and 2013-14 on 14.9.2014. The following posts are to be filled up through limited departmental examination from amongst eligible employees of KVS for the year 2012-13 and 2013-14. The crucial date of eligibility for the year 2012-13 and 2013-14 will be 1.1.2012 and 1.1.2013 respectively:-

2. The feeder posts, promotional posts, educational qualification and eligibility criteria for various posts shall be as per Recruitment Rules in vogue for the year vacancies are to be filled.
3. The web portal for inviting ONLINE applications from eligible candidates will be available on KVS website www.kvsangathan.nic.in from 21.07.2014. The eligible candidates as per Recruitment Rule may fill the application ONLINE and then have to submit a print out of the same to the principal concerned. The principal will verify the details filled by the candidate from his /her service record and certify the same under his signature. The certified copies of the print out of all the applications of candidates arranged subject wise will be forwarded by the principal to the concerned Regional office in single bunch. The Deputy Commissioner of the region will again check the eligibility and certify the same and then forward the printout of applications, category –wise and subject-wise to the Joint Commissioner (Admn.), KVS(HQ) with title on the envelope as “Applications for Limited Deptt. Examination for the year 2012-13 and 2013-14” by speed post. The details of the ineligible employees, if any, will be recorded on the face of the letter with specific reasons by the Deputy Commissioner alongwith total number of applications post wise and subject wise.

4 No OFFLINE application will be entertained at any cost.
5 While forwarding the print out of online application, it may be ensured that the Bio-data of the applicant is as per the office records, and duly certified by the Principal. No change in the data will be permitted at any stage.
6 Mere submission of online application will not confer any right to appear in the written examination. The admit card will not be issued to those candidates whose print out copy is not being forwarded by the principal/ Deputy Commissioner.
7 The candidature of the applicant may be cancelled at any stage, even after conduct of examination and placement of posting order if found that the particulars filled by candidate are incorrect or he/she is not eligible for the post as per Recruitment Rules of KVS.
8 The Scheme and syllabus of examination is available on KVS website under subtitle of “syllabus” under “employment notice”.
9 All Principals under your jurisdiction may be advised to bring the contents of this letter to the notice of all concerned of his/her Vidyalaya and take their signature as token of having seen the letter.
10 This letter may also be uploaded in Regional office and KVs website.
