Subject: Contractual Fees of person contractually employed at Ex-servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) Polyclinics.

With reference to Government of India, Ministry of Defence letter. No.22D(50)/07/US(WE)/D(Res) dated 30th July 2009, 5th February 2013, 28th May 2013 and 22(72)/06/D(Res)/US(WE)(Vol.-IV) dated 12th November 2013 and 22 (72)/06/US(WE)/D(Res)/Vol.IV dated 25th Feb. 2014, I am directed to convey the sanction of the President for the contractual fees of persons employed at ECHS Polyclinics in respect of the following categories.

2. This order will be effective from the date of issue of this letter.

3. This issues with the concurrence of Ministry of Defence(Finance) vide their U.O. No.3(07)/05/PD dated 31st March, 2014.
