MOHALI (PHASE-II) HOUSING SCHEME OPEN TO GENERAL PUBLIC ON ‘FIRST COME-FIRST SERVE’ BASIS’
CGEWHO is an autonomous body under the aegis of Ministry of Housing & Urban Poverty Alleviation, Govt. of India and a project consisting of 615 flats is in advanced stage of construction. Actual photographs of the progress is available in the CGEWHO Website. Mohali (Phase-I) consisting of 603 flats is almost completed and occupied. Mohali (Phase-ll) is expected to be completed and handed over by end of 2015. The project is located at Sunny Enclave, Kharar, Sector- 125, Mohali and is in the developed area of Mohali. Few vacancies are available under all type of flats and allotment shall be made strictly on ‘First come First Serve’ basis of applications received.
