Office Memorandum

Subject: Booking of holiday home at Agra in favour of District Magistrate/District Returning Officer, Agra.

The undersigned is directed to refer to Executive Engineer, Agra Central Division, CPWD, Agra letter No. 12(4)/ACD/961 dated 31.03.2014 on the above subject and to say that the booking of entire holiday home at Agra is made in favour of District Magistrate/District Returning Officer, Agra for the period from 1.4.2014 to 30.4.2014 at the rates applicable to Central Government employees. The charges of entire Holiday Home shall be Rs. 6160 per day as per details given below:

8 nos. Double Bed AC room: Rs. 330 x 8= Rs. 2640
4 nos. Four Bed AC room: Rs. 430×4= Rs. 1720
2 nos. VIP rooms: Rs. 900×2 = Rs. 1800

Total: =Rs. 6160 per day for entire holiday home.

2. In view of above, further booking of holiday home at Agra is also being suspended till 30.4.2014.
