Sub: Grant of Special Casual Leave to office bearers for attending the meeting of the Federal Executive of National Federation of Postal Employees on 1st June, 2014 at Delhi.

I am directed to refer to your letter No.PF-01(b)/ 2014 / dated 09.04.2014 on the above mentioned subject. In this regard, your attention is invited to this office letter No. 54-1/83-SPB.II (copy enclosed) dated 6.12.83 which states that Circle Secretary concerned should furnish an attested copy of the notice to the Heads of Circles and other administrative offices requesting them to issue necessary instructions to the concerned authorities for granting special Casual Leave to the eligible officials, subject to overall limits. Action in this regard may be taken in the light of the above instructions.
