In a DO addressed to Mr. M Krishnan of the National Federation of Postal Employees and dated 29.04.2014, Meena Agarwal, the Secretary of the Seventh Central Pay Commission informed that “the commission is expected to submit its report within eighteen months of its constitution”.

The report is going to be submitted well in time and other preparations for the constitution of the seventh pay commission are taking place at a fast pace, so central government employees can hope for a very timely and arrear-free pay commission for the very first time. An Arrear free pay seventh pay commission is no doubt very good for both the government and central government employees. Hope this news brings you joy.
