Sub: Empanelment of Hospitals/ Eye Centres at Delhi under BSNLMRS
The Competent Authority has approved empanelment of the following hospital under BSNLMRS as per CGHS rates. The hospital is empanelled for period from 3rd April 2014 to 31st December 2015. The agreement shall be valid if not renewed for a period of one year beyond the above said period on the same terms & conditions unless not specifically revoked by BSNL.

Copy of the agreement entered with the hospital is enclosed. All the BSNL units at Delhi may enter separate agreement with the hospital for extension of credit facility and communicate their list of authorised signatories for undertaking treatment, so that proper facilities can be provided to BSNL employees.
