Sh.Ramachandran has submitted very true and correct situation reg.medical facilities to pensioners residing in non cghs area. I have been retired on 30/6/2004 as P.S. Every month Rs.2000/- is incurred on medicine for my wife.. Govt. May kindly cosider about this at the earliest. Present amount Rs.300/- being paid presently is only like a drop of tincture on serious wound.

I have been forced to get only 50% around pension since July and Aug 2013. This is onaccount of CPAO’s misleading basic of 1-1-2006 informing me and the Bank. The authorities in service are not reverting their Emoluments to 2006 but drawing what is in existance now. What LOGIC is this?. Several mails sent are not acted or replied.
It is easy to put pensioner to Starvation as they can do it. But they FORGET they too are retiring one day. I have now little option but to go in for other options for their highhanded and callous attitude for the pensioner. PLS HELP IF U CAN ?.

All the four points raised by the Hon’ble Member of Parliament is reasonable and genuine. It was written on8.8.2013 and whether any reply received from Hon’ble Prime Minister or FM? I hope such matters may not consider by the Govt. The important matter is that Pensioners residing outside the CGHS areas how their treatment, as in patient and OP will be undertaken by the retired govt employee and his/her pause? ; with Rs.300/? Those who are residing in Delhi are getting better treatment in AIIMS and other big private hospitals recognized for treatment to CGHS beneficiaries. As for ex-servicemen,a lot of private hospitals are recognized by the Govt for their treatment, including family. But Central govt employees once retired and residing in non-CGHS areas, there is no scheme for treatment for self and families as in the case of Ex servicemen. At least the hospitals recognized for ex-servicemen should be recognized for retired Central Govt employees and their families. With Rs.300 whether one can get treatment: consultation fee, medicines, various tests all has to be met from Rs.300! Those who are working in Delhi right from Group D to Cabinet Secretary and Ministers may not think of it because they will get better and better treatment for the whole life for self and family so far they are permanently settled in Delhi. Then how about those who are far from Delhi and settled in their native place. Therefore I urge the Govt of India to consider this matter sympathetically since it was recommended by 5th and 6th CPC
But Govt closing their eyes on genuine matters.
