NOTIFICATION
In partial modification of this Department Notification No.10016-F(P) dated 10/12/2012, the Governor is pleased to exclude the 30th September, 2013, Monday which was earlier declared as Public Holiday on account of Half-yearly closing of Bank Account under Section 25 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 from the list of Public Holidays as per guide lines issued by the Ministry of Finances, Department of Financial Services, Government of India under F No.1/22/2012-BO-II dated 09.01,2013.
