This is with reference to the notice published in the newspapers on 4.1.2013 inviting EOI for conducting a 360 degree study on implementation of RTI. It is mentioned that the last date for submission of the EOI has been extended upto 5 PM on 28.1.2013. Further, the following clarifications are offered in this connection:
1. For proof of turnover of the company, as required under para 3(vi) of the invitation for E0I, the Auditors’ certificate to this effect would be valid.
2. As regards point no.13(ii) of application for E01 regarding turnover for services similar to those required here for the last three years, the turnover from consultancy services only would be accepted.
3. The “five years” mentioned against point 15(vi) of the application for E0I, may be read as “three years”.
