Application Fee:

                  Candidates belonging to General and OBC category are required to remit the Demand Draft/ Banker’s Cheque of Rs.500/- in favour of State Farm Corporation of India Limited payable at New Delhi.

SC/ST/Physically challenged candidates are exempted from the application fee.

                Candidates can download the application form from the website of SFCI.

                 Candidates are required to send the completely filled application form along with DD, affixed self attested photograph on the application form and self attested copies of relevant documents.
