Subject: issue of Inj. CABAZITAXEL for CGHS BENEFICIARIES.
The undersigned is directed to refer to the subject mentioned above and to state that Inj. CABAZITAXEL is being issued to CGHS beneficiaries for treatment of Carcinoma Prostate through Medical Store Depot, Gole Market, New Delhi.
Now the matter has been examined by committee of experts and it is decided that inj. Cabazitaxal can be issued to CGHS beneficiaries suffering from Carcinoma Prostate as a second line therapy only in "Docetaxel Resistant cases." it can be prescribed by Medical Oncologist, Urologist and Radiotherapist only.
