Subject: Extension of ‘range of seniority’ (zone of promotion) for promotion of Stenographers Grade `D’ to Personal Assistant(PA) Grade of CSSS for the Select List Year- 2010 – reg.
Reference is invited to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 20th July, 2012 on the subject mentioned above.
2. The requisite information viz, recommendations of the DPC along-with vigilance clearance of all the eligible Steno Grade D’ of Select List Year-1996 of General Category and duly filled-in option form (Annexure-V) obtained from the concerned officials have not yet been received from your Ministry/Department even after a lapse of considerable time. It is requested that the requisite information be furnished to this Department without any further delay.
