ORDER

Subject: Improving further the structure of pay/ ACP pay structure of Haryana Government employees.

Whereas pay scales of the State Government employees were revised w.e.f. 01-01­2006 vide Haryana Government Notification No. G.S.R.-44/Const./Art. 309/08, dated 30^th December, 2008 and No. G.S.R.-45/Const./Art. 309/08, dated 30^th December, 2008.

2. The matter has been further considered by the Government at length. After careful consideration the Government has decided to modify the pay structure of certain categories of Government employees. Accordingly, in exercise of the power vested under the provision of Rule-17 and Rule-19 of the Haryana Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2008 and all other powers enabling the Government so to do, the pay structure of the following categories of Government employees is hereby revised/modified prospectively (with effect from the issue of these orders) as under:-

2	Agriculture Department	PBX Operator ,	PB-1 5200-20200 GP-1900/-	PB-2, 9300-34800 GP-3200/- –	The modified pay structure shall be applicable prospectively i.e. with effect from the issue of these orders as a measure personal to the present incumbent subject to the condition that this post may be declared in diminishing cadre and the same may be abolish after vacation of the post by the present incumbent.
3.	Government Adult                   Blind Training Institute, Panipat                  Social Justice                      and Empowerment Department, Haryana	Basketry Instructor	PB-2, 9300-34800 GP-3200/-	PB-2, 9300-34800, GP-4200/-	The modified pay structure shall be applicable prospectively i.e. with effect from the issue of these orders. .
