Necessity to Constitute 7th pay commission immediately
Confederation of Central Govt. Employees & workers have prepared a comparative chart of the price of 14 commodities, which go into the computation of minimum wage. Placed there-under is the computation of the Minimum wage on the basis of the prices of the requisite articles as in January, 2012. It could be seen there-from that while the prices on an average registered an increase of 152% the DA compensation had only been 65%. This fact may kindly be used to bring home the necessity of revision of wages immediately.

Narayanan M V says
7th central pay commn is to set up now to enable the cent govt employees and pensioners to get their updated pay and allowances. The commission must think while making the revision of pay & allowances to Class I officers, there must be some restrictions for DA to them as given previously.
singana.k.murthy says
pay fast 7th pay commission duese
Leena Wahi Gupta says
Absolutely essential for the government to review the salaries of the central government employees as the inflation rate is much much higher as compared to the revision of salaries.
Surendran says
A permanent wage review body is very much necessary. The salary and service conditions of the central govt. employees should be reviewed in five years without fail.
Narshiv Prabhu says
It has become necessary to constitute a 7th pay commission, the price of commodities is rising on daily basis compared to DA which we are getting today all the unsolved anamoly which has arisen due to 6th pay commission can be resoved, secondly timely getting the pay commission will help govt. from the burden of giving arrears, thirdly it is necssary to increase the rate of HRA which has been overlooked in the 6th pay commission
P.L.CHAUDHARI says
7th pay commission is the only attraction for continuing in job if a person has only 6.5 yrs in job otherwise with pension and gratuity , person is working on half the salary.
A K Madhok says
Price-rise has become a regular and enavitable feature of our economy. So, a time bound setting up of the next pay commission, say with a time span of 5 years, should be automatic.
s.k.murthy says
god only knows when 7 th pay commission benifits will be declared
P.L.CHAUDHARI says
desperate to have 7th pay comission and somethin special for those retiring in immediate future
cheeha says
It is very much necessary to constitute 7th CPC immediately. Confederations of CG employees should insist the Government of India for this. The inflation is very much high. If the government can constitue the 7th CPC at least now, the commission will take its own course of time to study and make recommendations. So that, government of india has very much time to study and implement the recommendations. To avoid arrears of Pay & Allowances, the Govt. of India has to think about constituting of 7th CPC, immediately. Govt. of india has time now. 6th CPC already 7 years old i.e., 1.1.2006 to July, 2012. It is a matter of 3 years left for further Central Pay Commission.
BALACHANDRAN NAIR PK says
IT is welcome for appointing seventh Pay commission for central Govtemployes and a separate Pay commission for Central Govt pensioners, including family pensioners. So that the out come will boost the ruling govt for the general election due in 2014. Actually 6th CPC was done a lot to serving employees enhancing their gross salary in doubling, where as the pensioners were kept aside.
That is the reason there should be a separate CPC for pensioners.
