Subject:- Promotion to the grade of Supervisor (A/Cs)
It has been decided to promote (04) four Sr. Auditors as per Annexure A, who have passed SAS Part-I examination and appointed/promoted as auditors between 01.07.64 to 31/12/80, to the grade of Supervisor (A/Cs) in the pay band 2 of Rs. 9300-34800/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.4800- with immediate effect or from the date of assumption of charge whichever is later in their respective offices as indicated. The promotion will be subject to the condition that no disciplinary case is pending or nothing adverse against them has since come to notice.
2. The individuals as shown in the Annexure “A” who are being promoted to the grade of Supervisor (A/Cs) should be employed on routine work (i.e. non technical work / non-administrative work) only and they will not be entitled for promotion to the grade of AAO.
3. While notifying their Part II 0 0 for the above casualties, two copies of the Part II Order may please be sent to (AN-IX and AN-X Sections) of this HQrs office for our record. It may please be ensured before notifying the above casualties that the individual is actually on the strength of your organization
4. TA/Joining time as admissible under rules is authorized
